CNC Turning
We offer precision CNC turning for components upto 340 mm diameter, supporting everything from one-off prototypes to medium/high-volume production.
Our machines are equipped with driven tooling, enabling milling, drilling, and tapping operations in a single setup — improving efficiency and part accuracy.
CNC Milling
We provide high-precision CNC milling with 4th-axis capability, allowing efficient machining of complex parts with tight tolerances.
Our machines handle a wide range of materials, including hard face machining with consistent quality and full traceability from prototype to production.
Component design support
While we don’t offer in-house design, we use CAD/CAM software to support your engineering team with manufacturability feedback, machining advice, and prototype development if required.
Early involvement helps reduce lead times, avoid costly revisions, and ensure components are ready for efficient production.
Quality inspection and testing
MJ Engineering Limited is ISO 9001-certified, with quality built into every stage of production. Our in-house team uses calibrated equipment including CMMs, optical projectors, and surface finish and hardness testing to verify critical features and dimensions.
We offer full traceability and batch documentation — ensuring every part meets specification with confidence.
Assembly and finishing
We can offer precision assembly to ensure components are ready for integration and final use.
Part marking is carried out in-house using both laser and dot peen systems, suitable for serial numbers, batch codes, and customer-specific identification on a wide range of materials.
We can also offer a variety of surface and heat treatment processes through our trusted and approved suppliers — including anodising, plating, passivation, and hardening — all delivered to specification with full traceability.
